How do I download my Pluxee transaction history or payment details?

To download your Pluxee merchant transaction history, follow these simple steps through the official Pluxee Merchant Portal:

1. Go to https://account.merchants.pluxee.in/ and log in using your registered credentials.
2. On the home screen, click on ‘Pluxee’ to view transactions made via Pluxee Meal Card, Bharat QR (BQR), or OTP-based payments.
   Alternatively, click ‘Bank Card’ for UPI or other bank card transactions.
3. Click on either ‘Pluxee Transactions’ or ‘Bank Transactions’ as per your requirement.
4. Select your desired date range. 
   1. You can view/download only 31 days of transactions at a time. To access data for 3 months, search using 3 different date ranges.
   2. For transactions older than 180 days, please contact your designated Pluxee merchant representative.
   3. Review the transactions and click on ‘Download’ to export the details in Excel format.

This feature helps Pluxee-affiliated merchants track Pluxee card payments, reconcile reports, and manage earnings across multiple acceptance modes.
