How do I download my Pluxee payment details?

You can download your Pluxee payment details easily through the Pluxee Merchant Portal. 

Follow the steps below to access your records:

1. Go to https://account.merchants.pluxee.in/ and log in using your registered merchant credentials.
2. Click on ‘Pluxee’ to view payment details related to Pluxee Meal Card, BQR, and OTP-based transactions.
   Or select ‘Bank Card’ for UPI or other bank card payment data.
3. Click on ‘Pluxee Payments’ or ‘Bank Card Affiliate Payments’ based on the payment type you're looking for.
4. Select the appropriate date range for the payments you wish to download.
5. Review the payment details and click ‘Download’ to export the file in Excel format.

This functionality allows Pluxee-affiliated merchants to efficiently manage reconciliation, track earnings, and maintain accurate financial records across Pluxee card transactions and digital payments.
