I have not received my physical Pluxee card. What should I do?

If you have not received your physical Pluxee card yet, here's what you should know:

  • Your physical card is shipped within 15 days from the date of issuance to your office location.
  • Or look for internal communication on your organization's card delivery process
  • While you wait for your physical card, you can use the digital version of your card, available on the Pluxee India App.
  • Once your digital card is activated, you can make online transactions.
