I have lost my welcome letter/ email and don't know my Pluxee Card Reference Number. What should I do?

If you have lost or misplaced your welcome letter or email and do not know your Pluxee Card Reference Number (mandatory for card activation), don’t worry.

You can easily retrieve it by visiting the Pluxee Card Activation Portal https://activation.consumers.pluxee.in

Follow these steps:

1. Select the option "Forgot Reference Number"
2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address.
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your 16-digit card number.
4. Fill in the captcha details and click on "Get Card Reference Number"

If the details you entered are correct, you will receive your Card Reference Number via SMS or email on your registered mobile number or email address.
