How do I replace my Pluxee Card if it is damaged, lost or stolen?

Note

In case your card is expired, please do not place a request for replacement card.

Please follow the below given steps to place a card replacement request:

  1. Open the Pluxee India App and log in.
  2. In case you have multiple cards, swipe left or right to locate your meal card.
    Note: Only meal cards can be replaced.
  3. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) on the top left corner
  4. Tap Manage
  5. Tap Replace Card
  6. Enter the delivery address where you would like to receive the card
  7. Tap on Proceed
Note

Validity of the replacement card will be same as that of the original card
