How do I replace my Pluxee Card if it is damaged, lost or stolen?

Please follow the below given steps to place a card replacement request:

1. Open the Pluxee India App and log in.
2. In case you have multiple cards, swipe left or right to locate your meal card.
   Note: Only meal cards can be replaced.
3. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) on the top left corner
4. Tap Manage
5. Tap Replace Card
6. Enter the delivery address where you would like to receive the card
7. Tap on Proceed

Please follow the below given steps to place a card replacement request:

1. Log in to the Pluxee India Consumer Web Portal [Link].
2. If you have multiple cards, scroll left or right to locate your meal card.
3. Click the Three Dots (•••) under your card
4. Click on Replace Card
5. Enter the delivery address where you would like to receive the card
6. Tap on Proceed
