How to complete full KYC for an already active Pluxee card?

Steps to complete full KYC:

  1. Visit KYC portal:

    https://kyc.consumers.pluxee.in/

  2. Enter your registered mobile number/ email ID

  3. Enter the last 4 digits of your Pluxee card

  4. Click on ‘Complete your KYC’ and Enter your PAN details*

  5. Your PAN details will be cross-verified using government databases like NSDL & c-KYC and will be approved immediately.

*In case your details are not present in these databases, you can choose to complete your KYC using the offline Aadhaar through the UIDAI website (follow the above given video for detailed process).
