If your bill or claim is rejected, you will receive a notification in the Pluxee India App along with the reason for rejection.

Based on the reason provided, you can reupload the corrected bill or supporting documents if required.

Make sure the bill:

  • Matches the eligible category for that wallet
  • Is within the allowed time period
  • Is clear and legible
  • Is in an accepted file format (e.g., PDF, JPEG, PNG)
