How do I validate the address during the card revalidation process on the Pluxee Client Portal?

When Pluxee cards near their expiry date, they are due for revalidation.

During this process, the client location needs to be validated on the Pluxee Client Portal for each employee whose card is due for revalidation.

Alert

If a new location is not yet mapped on the Pluxee Client Portal, please get it added via the contracting team before proceeding.

  1. Go to https://account.clients.pluxee.in and log in using your registered email ID.
  2. Select the desired Contract ID.
  3. Click on ‘Card Expiry Data’ on the left side of your screen.
    The system will show employee data for cards due for revalidation in the selected period.
  4. Click ‘Bulk Delivery’ to validate cards to be delivered to office locations.
  5. Click ‘Export to Excel’ at the bottom of the table to download employee-wise data.
  6. In the Excel sheet, review the address for each employee:
    • If the client location is unchanged → No update needed
    • If the employee has moved to another existing location → Update the location name in the same row
    • If the employee has moved to a new location not yet mapped → Get it mapped first, then update the location name
    • If a location is not mapped in the system, card orders will not be placed for that address.
      Do not delete or add employees. The number of entries in the final file must match the original file shared.
  7. If any employee no longer avails Pluxee benefits, update the ‘Excluded for Renewal’ column:
    1. NO or Blank = Renewal will be placed
    2. YES = Renewal will not be placed
  8. Once the Excel is updated, use the ‘Upload Excel’ option next to Export Excel.
  9. Click ‘OK’ for any pop-up messages in your browser.
  10. A synopsis of the uploaded file will appear:
    1. Records with errors can be downloaded, corrected, and re-uploaded.
    2. The corrected Excel will only include error rows.
  11. You will receive a success message once the file is successfully uploaded.
