How do I reload existing Pluxee cards on the Pluxee Client Portal?

To reload Pluxee cards via the Pluxee Client Portal, please ensure the cardholder details were provided at the time of initial card creation. 

Only then can those cards be reloaded.

To reload Pluxee cards, follow the below given steps:

  1. Go to https://account.clients.pluxee.in and log in using your registered email ID.
  2. Select the relevant Contract ID.
  3. In the left sidebar, click ‘Card Reload’.
  4. Under Schedule Card Load/Reload, choose one of the following:
  5. Load Cards on Payment Realisation
  6. Load Cards on a Specific Date → Select your preferred date
  7. Click ‘Download Issued Card List’ to get the Excel file with all issued cards.
  8. The downloaded sheet will auto-fill employee email IDs and mobile numbers.
  9. Fill in the Amount column only for the employees you wish to reload cards for.
  10. Do not change or edit any other fields.
  11. Delete rows of employees for whom no reload is required.
  12. Save the updated Excel sheet.
  13. Return to the Card Reload screen on the Pluxee Client Portal.
  14. Click ‘Choose File’ to upload your updated file.
  15. Click ‘Upload’ to confirm and submit the reload request.

Your reload request will now be processed based on the scheduled date or post-payment realization.
