I am a new user. How do I log in to the Pluxee Client Portal?

To access the Pluxee Client Portal for the first time:

  • At the time of your company’s onboarding, Pluxee collects a Client Portal Authorization Form with details of authorized personnel.
  • If you're an authorized user, you will receive the Pluxee Client Portal login link on your registered email ID.
  • Visit https://account.clients.pluxee.in/ or click on the link provided in the email.

To activate your login and set a password:

  1. On the portal, enter your registered email ID and click Submit.
  2. Click on ‘Forgot/ Change Password’.
  3. Re-enter your registered email ID and the captcha, then click 'Submit'.
  4. You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered email ID.
  5. Return to the login page and enter your registered email ID again.
  6. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your registered email id

    Note

    Copy, Paste is disabled for password/ OTP. Kindly type in the One-Time Password (OTP) received on your registered email id

  7.  Click ‘Request OTP’ to receive a fresh OTP on your registered email ID.
  8. Enter the new OTP and click 'Verify OTP'.
  9. Set and confirm your new password, then click 'Change Password'.

Once done, you can log in anytime using your registered email ID and password to place card orders, check status, or manage your account.
