To add money to your My Meal Wallet, follow these steps:
- Open the Pluxee India App and note the last 4 digits of your meal card
- Go to “My Meal Wallet” and tap ‘Add Money’.
- Enter your PAN, personal details, and amount.
- Authenticate using OTP.Make the payment using UPI.
- Your funds will reflect in up to 60 minutes.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ‘ADD-FUND’ PROCESS
All the eligible consumers who have been issued a valid Pluxee Card shall be eligible for loading the card from own funds provided the same is in agreement with your employer.
The funds can be loaded on the Card through UPI only. Any cash back if provided may vary from time to time and that shall be at the discretion of Pluxee.
The additional funds loaded will be reflected in the reimbursement wallet subject to the maximum limit as may be agreed by your employer or notified by RBI from time to time.
The consumer can use the My Meal Wallet at the entire Merchant network of scheme based operator.
The Customer may note that withdrawal of cash is not allowed from Wallet. Any outstanding balance in the Wallet must be utilized only to make payments for bona fide transactions at Merchant Establishments.
Pluxee India shall affect all the refunds in case of failed / returned / rejected / cancelled wallet transactions to the Wallet of the Customer as per extant RBI guidelines. However, the cashback provided shall never be refunded to the Consumer.
Pluxee India reserves the right to suspend/discontinue the Wallet services to the Customer at any time, for any cause, subject to prior intimation to the Consumer.
