Program overview: 

  • Pluxee Pro is a 6-month premium membership for all Pluxee cardholders, valid until 31-08-2026. It provides exclusive offers, instant discounts, and priority support across top brands and services.

Membership fee:

  • The program cost is ₹99 deducted from any available wallet balance (Meal, Celebrations, Dining, Rewards, or Reimbursement).
  • “During promotional perriods, the cost may vary.”

Enrolment:

  • Consumers may enrol until 31-08-2026.
  • Enrolment is final; users cannot opt out once enrolled. However, to avoid auto-renewal for the next edition one can log in & click on “Cancel Auto-renewal”

    • To cancel follow these steps: 

      Log in to Pluxee Pro -> Consumer clicks on ‘Cancel Auto-renewal’ button -> Upon confirmation ‘Success’ message pops up

  • Benefits are valid until the program expiry date, irrespective of the enrolment date. For example, enrolment on 10-03-2026 still expires on 31-08-2026.

Offers & Redemption:

  • EatSure brands (Behrouz Biryani, Ovenstory Pizza, Wendy’s Burgers, Faasos, The Good Bowl, Sweet Truth, Lunchbox, Veg Meals by Lunchbox, The Biryani Life, Honest Bowl, Thalaiva Biryani, Dabba & Co, Firangi Bake, and Makhani Darbar) are redeemable only via the EatSure app.
  • Other offers are redeemable once per consumer per month, unless specified otherwise.
  • Each offer may have specific terms & conditions, available on the website.
  • Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Instant discounts on meals, wellness, medicine, travel, and entertainment worth ₹7,000+.
  • Priority customer support for all Pro members.

General terms:

  • Pluxee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any term or offer at its discretion without prior notice.
  • Pluxee’s decisions regarding eligibility, offers, or disputes are final and binding.
  • Pluxee may share consumer information with contractors or agents solely to deliver program benefits.
  • All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
  • Pluxee is not liable for losses or damages arising from participation, including indirect or consequential damages.
  • Pluxee shall not be responsible for program disruptions due to events beyond its control (acts of God, strikes, floods, wars, etc.).
