How do I view transactions on the Pluxee IN Merchant App?

To check your Pluxee merchant transactions on the Pluxee IN Merchant App (Android only), follow the steps below:

1. Download the Pluxee IN Merchant App from the Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.zeta.android.pos

   Note

   If already installed, proceed from Step 4.

2. Open the app and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to this number.
3. Enter the OTP, set your app PIN, and log in to your Pluxee merchant account.
4. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) on the bottom right of your screen.
5. Click on ‘Change Store’ to select your desired store ID.
6. Choose the relevant shop/counter ID.
7. Tap ‘Home’ from the bottom left navigation menu.
8. Click on ‘View Previous Transactions’.
9. Select ‘Pluxee Sale Transactions’ to view payments made via Pluxee Meal Card, Bharat QR, and OTP-based payments.
   Or choose ‘Bank Card Sale Transactions’ to view UPI or bank card payments.
10. Click on ‘All Store’, then choose the specific store ID you want to review.
11. Set the required date range to filter your transactions.
12. View your complete Pluxee transaction history on the app.

This feature allows Pluxee-affiliated merchants to manage and reconcile Pluxee payments with ease.
