To update your registered mobile number or email ID linked to your Pluxee merchant account, you can do either of the following:

  • Option 1: Contact your Pluxee representative directly for assistance with updating your contact details.
  • Option 2: Email us at: partner@care.pluxee.in with your Merchant ID or TID, along with the updated information.

Keeping your contact details up to date ensures you continue receiving timely updates, Pluxee transaction alerts, and access to features in the Pluxee Merchant Portal and Pluxee IN Merchant App.
