If you're unable to process Pluxee card payments at your outlet, here are a few quick checks to resolve the issue:
- Swipe, don’t dip: Ensure the Pluxee Meal Card is being swiped (not dipped) on the Pluxee-integrated POS terminal. The card is swipe-enabled only.
- Check internet connectivity: Make sure your POS device is connected to a stable internet network. Offline terminals may prevent successful transactions.
- Still not working? Reach out to your assigned Pluxee representative or email us at partner@care.pluxee.in with your Merchant ID or TID for further assistance.
