How does Tap & Pay work with the Pluxee Card at merchant outlets?

Tap & Pay is a fast, contactless way for Pluxee-accepted merchants to collect payments from consumers using their Pluxee Meal Card or Multi-Benefit Pass. 

It works through the Pluxee IN Merchant Store App and an NFC-enabled device provided by Pluxee.

Here’s how Tap & Pay works:

1. The Pluxee merchant launches the Pluxee IN merchant app on the NFC-enabled mobile device.
2. The merchant selects the appropriate Shop ID or Counter ID.
3. The merchant enters the transaction amount to be collected from the Pluxee consumer.
4. The consumer taps their Pluxee NFC card or tag on the back of the device.
5. The consumer provides an OTP, which the merchant enters in the app to complete the transaction securely.
