The Pluxee system simplifies employee Meal Benefits while connecting Pluxee Cardholders to a wide network of affiliated merchants. Here's how it works:
- Employers place an order for the Pluxee Card and make the payment to Pluxee.
- Employers distribute this meal benefit to employees as part of their compensation structure.
- Employees can explore the Pluxee Merchant Directory using the Pluxee IN app or web portal to locate Pluxee-accepted restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and online shopping partners near them.
- Employees use their Pluxee Card at Pluxee-affiliated merchants to pay for food and non-alcoholic beverages—whether at stores like Dmart, Barbeque Nation, or online merchants like Amazon Fresh (subject to availability in the merchant list).
- After a valid transaction, the Pluxee merchant receives payment directly in their registered bank account as per the agreed terms. The transaction invoice is also sent to the merchant's registered email ID.
