How does the Pluxee system work for employers, employees, and merchants?

The Pluxee system simplifies employee Meal Benefits while connecting Pluxee Cardholders to a wide network of affiliated merchants. Here's how it works:

  1. Employers place an order for the Pluxee Card and make the payment to Pluxee.
  2. Employers distribute this meal benefit to employees as part of their compensation structure.
  3. Employees can explore the Pluxee Merchant Directory using the Pluxee IN app or web portal to locate Pluxee-accepted restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and online shopping partners near them.
  4. Employees use their Pluxee Card at Pluxee-affiliated merchants to pay for food and non-alcoholic beverages—whether at stores like Dmart, Barbeque Nation, or online merchants like Amazon Fresh (subject to availability in the merchant list).
  5. After a valid transaction, the Pluxee merchant receives payment directly in their registered bank account as per the agreed terms. The transaction invoice is also sent to the merchant's registered email ID.
