How do I change my shop or store ID in the Pluxee IN Merchant App?

To switch your store ID or shop ID in the Pluxee IN Merchant App, follow these steps:

You’ll need your valid store/shop ID. If you don’t have it, please reach out to your Pluxee representative.

  1. Download the Pluxee IN Merchant App from the Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.zeta.android.pos
    (Already installed? Skip to Step 4.)
  2. Open the app and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to this number.
  3. Enter the OTP, set your PIN, and log in to your Pluxee merchant account.
  4. Tap the ‘More’ (☰) menu on the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Select the ‘Change Store’ option.
  6. Review the list of available store/shop IDs shown on screen and select the desired one.
  7. Choose the relevant counter/shop ID to start accepting Pluxee card payments under the correct outlet.

This function helps Pluxee-affiliated merchants easily manage multiple locations through a single Pluxee merchant login, improving tracking of Pluxee card transactions across outlets.
