To switch your store ID or shop ID in the Pluxee IN Merchant App, follow these steps:

You’ll need your valid store/shop ID. If you don’t have it, please reach out to your Pluxee representative.
- Download the Pluxee IN Merchant App from the Google Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.zeta.android.pos
(Already installed? Skip to Step 4.) - Open the app and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to this number.
- Enter the OTP, set your PIN, and log in to your Pluxee merchant account.
- Tap the ‘More’ (☰) menu on the bottom right of the screen.
- Select the ‘Change Store’ option.
- Review the list of available store/shop IDs shown on screen and select the desired one.
- Choose the relevant counter/shop ID to start accepting Pluxee card payments under the correct outlet.
This function helps Pluxee-affiliated merchants easily manage multiple locations through a single Pluxee merchant login, improving tracking of Pluxee card transactions across outlets.
