Can I transfer money from my Pluxee Wallet to my bank account?

Bank transfer is only available if your organization has enabled this feature, and it applies only to the Reimbursement Wallet. You cannot transfer funds from any other benefit wallet to your bank account.

To check if the bank transfer option is available for you:

  1. Log in to the Pluxee India App.
  2. Swipe to locate your Pluxee Benefits Card.
  3. Tap on the card to view the list of wallets.
  4. Tap on the Reimbursement Wallet.
  5. Look for the option called ‘Transfer Money’.
    1. If you see the ‘Transfer Money’ option, the feature is available to you.
    2. If the option is not visible, the bank transfer feature has not been enabled for your account. Please contact your HR or company administrator for further assistance.
