How can I set or reset the transaction PIN for my Pluxee Card?

You can easily set or reset your Pluxee Card PIN using the Pluxee India App:

1. Open the Pluxee India App and log in.
2. If you have multiple cards, swipe left or right to select the desired card.
3. Tap on the 'Card Details' button given under the card number
4. Tap on 'Card Settings'
5. Tap on Change PIN.
6. Enter your new 4-digit PIN.
7. A confirmation message "Pluxee Card PIN Changed" will appear.

Your new PIN is now active for all your online and offline transactions using the Pluxee Card.

Alternatively, you can reset your Pluxee Card PIN by calling the Pluxee IVR service at 022-69196919 / 022-50216919 and following the instructions.

You can also set or reset your Pluxee Card PIN via the Pluxee India Consumer Web Portal:

1. Log in to the Pluxee India Consumer Web Portal [link].
2. If you have multiple cards, scroll left or right to select the desired card.
3. Click the Three Dots (***) under your card.
4. Select Change PIN.
5. Enter your desired 4-digit PIN in both the Enter New PIN and Confirm PIN fields.
6. Click on Change PIN.
7. A confirmation message "Your PIN has been changed" will appear.

Your updated Pluxee Card PIN can now be used for all online and offline transactions with your Pluxee Card.
