How do I find my Card Reference Number?

You can find the Card Reference Number on your welcome email which you would have received from DoNotReply@notifications.pluxee.in or in your welcome kit / letter.

In case you are unable to find it, then follow the below given steps:

1. Visit the card activation portal https://activation.consumers.pluxee.in
2. Click on ‘Forgot Reference Number’
3. Enter the registered e-mail id/mobile number
4. Enter the last four digits of the card number
5. Enter the captcha code
6. Click on ‘Get Card Reference Number’
7. You will receive the 12-digit card reference number on you e-mail id/mobile number
