How do I activate my rewards, dining & celebrations card?

All new Pluxee cards are in an inactive mode for security reasons. The card must be activated before usage. 

You would have received a welcome email from DoNotReply@notifications.pluxee.in or a welcome kit. Keep it handy and follow the below given steps to activate your card online:

1. Visit the card activation portal https://activation.consumers.pluxee.in
2. Enter your official registered email address/ mobile number.

3. Enter the unique 12-digit card reference number (mentioned in the Welcome Letter/Email). 

   Note

   Your 12-digit card reference number is different from your actual 16-digit card number

4. Enter the “Captcha” image.
5. Click on ‘Get Activation Code’

You need to do KYC to activate your card. KYC steps:

1. Select a document type (i.e., Driving License, PAN, Voter ID, Passport)
2. Enter the document number to complete the Minimum KYC
3. Enter the Activation code sent on your ‘registered e-mail id or mobile number’

4. Then click on ‘Send OTP’. You will receive an OTP on the ‘registered mobile number’

   Note:

   If your mobile number is not registered with Pluxee or if incorrect mobile number is reflecting, then you can enter the mobile you want to register with Pluxee and click on ‘Send OTP’ 

5. Accept Terms & Conditions
6. Enter the OTP and click on ‘Validate’
7. You will see ‘Success’ message on your screen and will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation
