Yes, your Pluxee Meal Benefit can be used to purchase eligible food and non-alcoholic beverages on Swiggy Instamart.
Note: If your cart contains non-eligible items, the Pluxee payment option will not be displayed in the payment section.
How to use your Pluxee Meal Card - First time users
- Open the Swiggy app and select the Instamart toggle
- Add eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage items to your cart.
- Go to your cart
- At the bottom left you will see an option for Pay Using (This reflects your frequent payment option) and click on Change
- Scroll down to more payment options and tap on Pluxee
- Tap Add New Food Card

Enter the Pluxee Meal Card details, select Secure this card and tap on Proceed
Note: Kindly enter your Pluxee Meal Card number starting with 63xx and the corresponding card details.
- On the payment page, complete the transaction authentication using the card PIN and tap on Proceed

How to use your Pluxee Meal Card - Repeat users
- Open the Swiggy app
- Add your items (food and non-alcoholic beverages) to your cart
- Go to your cart
- At the bottom left you will see an option for Pay Using – tap on it
- Select your Pluxee Meal Card from the Preferred Payment section and click on Pay
- On the payment page, complete the transaction authentication using your card PIN and tap on Proceed.

That’s it, your order will be placed, and the transaction amount will be deducted from your Pluxee Meal Card.
You will find your Pluxee Meal Card conveniently saved in the Payment Options for any future orders.
