How can I send activation email to my employees?

In case you have employees who have not received or have deleted their welcome email, you can re-trigger it by following the steps below:

  1. Go to https://account.clients.pluxee.in and log in using your registered email ID.
  2. On the home page of your desired Contract ID, scroll down.
  3. On the bottom left pane, click on ‘Resend Welcome Email (bulk)’.
  4. A list of employees will appear.
  5. Search and select the required employees by clicking the checkbox next to their names.
  6. Click ‘Send Welcome Email’.
