In case you have employees who have not received or have deleted their welcome email, you can re-trigger it by following the steps below:
- Go to https://account.clients.pluxee.in and log in using your registered email ID.
- On the home page of your desired Contract ID, scroll down.
- On the bottom left pane, click on ‘Resend Welcome Email (bulk)’.
- A list of employees will appear.
- Search and select the required employees by clicking the checkbox next to their names.
- Click ‘Send Welcome Email’.
