How do I assign cards (ordered without cardholder details) to employees on the Pluxee Client Portal?

If you've ordered non-personalized Pluxee cards, you’ll need to assign them to individual employees before the cards can be activated and loaded. 

Here’s how to do it:

✅ Step 1: Log in & Access Card Issuance

  1. Go to https://account.clients.pluxee.in and log in using your registered email ID.
  2. Select the correct Contract ID.
  3. On the right side of the overview screen, click the three-line menu icon(☰).
  4. Under the ‘Client Order Uploading’ dropdown, click ‘Card Issuance’.
  5. Choose the relevant Order ID from the dropdown list.

✅ Step 2: Assign Cards to Employees
You can assign Pluxee cards either individually or in bulk:

  • Option 1: Assign a Single Card
    1. Select the ‘Single Card’ tab.
    2. Fill in the required employee/cardholder information.
    3. Leave the ‘Amount’ field blank.
    4. Click Save to assign the card.
  • Option 2: Assign Multiple Cards
    1. Click ‘Download File Format’ to get the sample Excel template.
    2. Fill in all mandatory cardholder details.
    3. Save the Excel file and upload it using the ‘Upload’ option next to the download button.

You can use the ‘View Detail’ button to check or download the list of cardholders already assigned to that order.

Once completed, the cards will be mapped to employees and ready for activation.
