How do I change the resignation status of employees on the Pluxee Client Portal?

You can update an employee's resignation status directly through the Pluxee Client Portal by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://account.clients.pluxee.in and log in using your registered email ID.
  2. Select the relevant Contract ID.
  3. From the left-side blue menu, click on ‘Employee’.
  4. The portal will display a complete list of employees/cardholders.
  5. Search for a specific employee using filters like:
    1. Email ID
    2. Mobile Number
    3. Employee Code/ID
    4. Date
  6. Tick the checkbox next to the employee(s) whose resignation status you want to update.
  7. Click ‘Change Resigned Status’ located below the employee list.

Check the ‘Resigned Status’ column in the employee data table to see if the status has been updated successfully.
