In case your card is expired, please do not place a request for replacement card.

Please follow the below given steps to place a card replacement request:
- Open the Pluxee India App and log in.
- In case you have multiple cards, swipe left or right to locate your meal card.
Note: Only meal cards can be replaced. - Tap the hamburger menu (☰) on the top left corner
- Tap Manage
- Tap Replace Card
- Enter the delivery address where you would like to receive the card
- Tap on Proceed
Note
Validity of the replacement card will be same as that of the original card

- If you have multiple cards, scroll left or right to locate your meal card.
- Click the Three Dots (•••) under your card
- Click on Replace Card
- Enter the delivery address where you would like to receive the card
- Tap on Proceed
Note
Validity of the replacement card will be same as that of the original card
