Bingo/Housie/Tambola
Bingo, a game of luck, was long forgotten but has made an impactful comeback recently and is a hit on Fun Fridays. It has now garnered a fan following in offices, clubs, and all professional setups.
Objective: Team Bonding and Engagement
How to play: It’s a simple game where participants mark off numbers on their cards as and when called out. The host shuffles a bucket of numbers ranging from 1 to 90/99 and calls out one by one. Everyone gets a card with numbers mentioned on it. If the numbers are present in their card, they strike them off, and the game continues till all the numbers of any one participant are struck off.
Winner: The first participant marking off the first five numbers, the first, middle, and last lines, and the corners wins. The best prize goes to the one having the first full house, i.e., the first person to mark off all the numbers in the card.
Pictionary: Employee fun games in the office on Fridays include Pictionary. It's a drawing version of Charades. All the employees are divided into teams. It enhances creative thinking and strengthens communication skills.

How to play: HR personnel design a series of quick and fun challenges by using everyday objects like coins, balloons, paper cups, etc. A timer is set, and team members have to complete the task.
